BOOKING POLICIES

If you book an appointment online, a credit/debit/visa card on file and $30 deposit will be required to secure your appointment.  If you book via phone call or dm, you will need to transfer deposit $30 to uniquelashliftandbrow@gmail.com to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to your balance due after the procedure.

We accept CASH, DEBIT CARD, AND E-TRANSFER. Credit card are accepted with 3% transaction fees.

 

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy: We require 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment time is subject to 50% of service fees.  Cancellation within 24hr or NO SHOW will charge  full amount (100%) of the service fees. Rescheduling: You may reschedule within a 48 hour advanced notice of your original appointment time. A reschedule and deposit transfer to your new appointment is allowed only once. Not meeting these requirements will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Please text or email to reschedule.

Late Arrivals: To ensure you receive the full service and best satisfaction, please arrive on time. In the event you are late for 15minutes, It is not possible for us to finish your service and other appointments behind you on time. If you are late for 15minutes and without proper communication to Zin, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a full amount.

Coming with Eye makeup/ mascara: Please come with very thorough clean eyes. Cleaning eye makeup will take additional time from the service time and will charge $20 fees.

​

Requirements: Please advise that client must be 16 years+ to receive any service, not Pregnant or Breast feeding, no Allergy especially no Alopecia, Conjunctivitis, Trichotillomania to receive the treatment. This treatment is safe but due to hormonal changes and not tested on pregnant or breastfeeding mom, the result could be less visible. Hence, we advise not to.

REFUND

 We do not offer refund once we have used the full amount of products and time spent to get the service done. However, we prioritize the customer satisfaction. We provide the 48hrs period for the customer to tell us if there is any concern. We will address any issue or concern for free if you address within 48hr period. So far, we have zero client who doesn't love the result and we ensure that every client are satisfied and happy when they walk out from us.

DEPOSIT

 When you book through telephone communication, or directly book with Zin, you will be asked deposit $30 to uniquelashliftandbrow@gmail.com  to secure your appointment in order for us  to understand that you are fully committed to attend the appointment with us. Cancellation within 48hr will not refund any deposit.

​

Product Purchased : Customers who purchased the aftercare products cannot be returned or refund. We explained all details for each products and let you see before you purchase. Once it is purchased and leave from our studio, the product is considered opened and used. Hence we will not accept customer to return or we will not refund for it.  We seek your understanding to take careful consideration for others.

GUESTS

There are no guests or pets allowed in the studio. Exceptions only for clients who need a translator and clients with disabilities.

Your satisfaction *

If you aren't satisfied the result, we will give our best until u are full satisfied the result.

We will not ask for any additional charge  if you come with very clean eyes and the result doesn't meet your satisfaction. We will give one additional touch up if required if you tell us within 48hrs after service has done.

We often get prospective clients who enquired us via phone whether we can fix their lash lift that is too far from meeting their expectation, that was poorly done from others.

Our price and products are inclusive of GST and PST this whole year. It is one of the best feelings that you don't need to pay any tax on top and saving 12%.

Products: We use the best products which is  Vegan, formaldehyde free, Paraben free, non-toxic among the products approved by Canada health board approved products and very gentle on your lashes.
